2. Process for Returns

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@titodecor.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
  • Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including the return form and RMA number.
  • Step 4: Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

3. Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If this is not possible, we will issue store credit for the amount of the refund.

2. Refund Processing Time

  • Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after the return has been approved and the item(s) have been inspected.

3. Non-Refundable Items

4. Shipping Costs

Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Items must meet the same criteria as returns to be eligible for exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

2. Process for Exchanges

  • Contact our customer support team to initiate an exchange. Follow the same process as returns.
  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship the exchange item to you.
